Mrs. Connell and I wanted to fill you in on a very special event that we are offering in December. We are hosting a Super Hero Art and Movie Night on Friday, December 4th!!! Oooh---a Friday night without children at home! And, just in time to do some holiday shopping or take that much needed date night with your honey! Here’s the scoop:
Calling all Super Heroes, Artists, and Moviegoers! Your art teachers are hosting an event just for you. It will be two and a half hours filled with three of your favorite things – art, food, and a movie! You will design and create your own Super Hero costume, eat dinner, and watch The Incredibles! Pizza, popcorn, candy, and water will be provided. You won’t want to miss all the fun! It’s going to be a blast!!!
We hope you will join us on Friday, December 4th from 6:30pm-9:00pm. All grade levels are welcome - the more the merrier! If your child(ren) would like to attend, please sign up by visiting at the Teacher Auction table at Harmony Harvest. You can also sign up by emailing Mrs. Anderson atKasey.Anderson@Oldham.kyschools.us or by returning the bottom portion of the attached document. Once you are signed up, please send in your cash or check (made out to Harmony PTA) payment of $25 per child in an envelope marked PLEASE SEND TO ART ROOM along with: your child's name, classroom teacher, and “Super Hero Art and Movie Night” on the memo line of any check. All donations will go directly to art materials. We get more art supplies for this school year, your children have an awesome evening, and you get to go on a date night with your honey…everyone is a winner!
